This is a very simple sleep app designed to help you fall asleep easily and to experience a deep, and refreshing night’s rest. You can choose one of 4 programs under the MENU heading.
Each of the four musical programs will shut off after the selected duration, except if you select the continuous play menu.
Choose either the 22 min. guided sleep meditation with Music or the 3 music menus without a guided verbal introduction.
